Small Groups

Making, maturing, and multiplying disciples is at the core of what we are about at The Garden.  It is the reason why we are still here on this earth instead of enjoying eternity in heaven with Jesus.  As long as Christ tarries, we are to be on mission.  And while there are many methods and strategies that churches employ to address this mandate, we are committed to the small group model at The Garden.

We believe that as iron sharpens iron, Christians living in community produce sanctifying growth in one another.  This happens when Christians are committed to honesty & transparency and when they practice the Biblical commands to love, serve, encourage, admonish, instruct, and forgive one another.

Our Community Groups meet weekly in the homes of our members.  These are opportunities to gather together in small groups (4-7 families) to dig deeper into the Word of God.  It is usually a casual conversation seeking to find practical application of the text that was preached that Sunday morning.  We currently have three Community Groups.  Our Havenwood group meets Sundays from 4-6pm, our Morningside group meets Sundays from 5-7pm and our On The Hill group meets Sundays from 6-8pm.  There is childcare provided at all groups!
